Harriman Reservoir In Wilmington Vermont Has An Incredible Underwater
The Ledges is on the Harriman Reservoir. The water level varies depending upon the time of year. It is about a 10-15 minute well-marked hike from the parking lot to the Ledges. It is mostly rocks so we always take a couple of low-boy lawn chairs.

The beach is positioned along Lake Harriman, which is actually a reservoir primarily used to control water flow to a power generator downstream from the Harriman Dam.
